How can I track my order?

Can I pick my order up at my local Frank And Oak store?

Does Grizzly Adams have a beard? You bet you can. At checkout, simply select ‘Ship to store’ under your billing information and select the location you would like your order shipped to.

Your order should arrive within 3 to 5 business days. You’ll receive a ‘Ready to Collect’ email once your order is ready to be picked up. Please wait for this email before you come in to collect your order and bring a valid photo ID or the payment card used. Please note that you must be logged in to your Frank + Oak profile to see this option. The “Ship to Store” option is also not available on our mobile application nor on mobile web.


My order was marked as delivered but I still haven’t received it.

All hope is not lost! Sometimes your package is just waiting in an unexpected place. We strongly suggest contacting your neighbours, looking in your backyard and calling your local post office to see if they’re holding the package for you.
