  • What is Style Plan?

    Style Plan is a new and easy service from Frank And Oak that sorts you out with great style on a regular basis (without the fuss), at a low cost. When you subscribe to Style Plan, our Stylists pick out our latest seasonal pieces based on your personal preferences and send them straight to your door every month. You can try on the items from the comfort of your own home, and pay for only those you decide to keep. Save up to 20% on every order with free shipping and returns. You can skip a month or cancel anytime.

  • How does Style Plan work?

    Register by filling out a short style survey that includes details about your size and style taste preferences.. Every month, our stylists will pick out 3 items for you. When your box is ready, we notify you and let you review the items we selected. You have 48 hours to confirm these picks, edit the selection, or skip the month. Once you receive your Style Plan box, take up to 7 days to try on the items at home. From there you only keep what you love and send the rest back to us with the shipping absolutely free.

  • How much does it cost?

    When your Style Plan box is shipped, you are only charged for the selected items. Each item ranges from $29-$149. Returns are free, and you can send back any of the items you don't like for a refund. However, if you return all of the items from your box, you will be charged a $25 styling fee. As long as you keep at least one item from your monthly Style Plan box, the styling fee will be waived.

  • What if I don’t like some of the items?

    You’re under no obligation to keep all of the items in your Style Plan box. Only keep the styles you love and send back the rest for free. As soon as we receive your returned items, you will be refunded. If you send back all the items in your Style Plan box, we will only keep the $25 styling fee.

  • Can I skip a month?

    Yes. You can always skip a month and will not be charged.

  • What if I want to modify or cancel my plan?

    You can cancel or change your plan at any time. Go to the “Membership Settings” section of your online profile for instructions on how to proceed (available after 7 days following your sign-up date). Our Member Services team is also always happy to assist via and email with any of your requests.

  • What are the shipping charges?

    We offer free regular shipping on all Style Plan orders and our packages ship via Canada Post, USPS or UPS depending on your location. East Coast orders are usually delivered between 2-5 business days and West Coast orders between 4-7 business days.

  • What is the return policy?

    You have 7 days from the date of delivery to make a return request online and get your money back for any unwanted items. We’ll even provide you with the return label. Simply request it online through your order history page. Please note that underwear, grooming products, and swimwear are non-refundable.

    After requesting a return label, you have 7 days to mail the items back to us.

    If you live in Canada, you can also return your items in-store within 30 days following the delivery date.

  • What will my Style Plan selections look like?

    Our team will choose 3 new styles for you every month based on your style and size preferences. Each item ranges from $29-$149. We’ll notify you when they are ready and from there you will be able to confirm the final selects. Your Style Plan products are always chosen from our most recent collections so you’re always on trend and in style.

  • Can I choose a Style Plan if I live outside Canada or the United States?

    Sorry, Style Plan is currently only available to Canadian and US residents.
