All our stores are now open! We’re thrilled to see you again. And, because the health and safety of our team and our customers are paramount, we’ve put together all the recommended sanitary measures to ensure you’re well looked after and safe in our stores.
Reduced store capacity
We limit the number of people shopping in-store depending on the store’s size.
Social distance markers
Markers placed on the floor and our teams will help you follow the safety distance of 2 metres.
Sanitizing stations
Hand Sanitizer is at your disposal and mandatory as soon as you enter the store.
Fitting rooms
The fitting rooms are limited or off limits depending on the capacity of each store. See below for more details.
Sanitized products
Products that have been tried on or returned are steamed and placed aside for a few hours after each use.
Masks
Our staff are equipped with masks.
Contactless payment
We accept cards and contactless payment. We cannot at this time accept cash.
Sanitized surfaces
Every terminal and cash desk is sanitized after each client.
Ship-to-Store
Your online orders can be delivered to any of our open stores.
