What is Style Plan?

Style Plan is the new and easy Frank And Oak service that offers great styles at a low cost. When you subscribe to Style Plan you get credit corresponding to your plan every month. You choose the items you want to receive and when you want them.

What else do you get? Free standard shipping, free returns and you can cancel at any time.

We launch a new collection on the first of each month around 11 AM EST and you’ll have access to our latest styles.

How does Style Plan work?

With the Style Plan, your monthly subscription entitles you to Style Plan credit. This credit can be traded in for items from your Style Plan recommendations page. Using Style Plan credit allows you to save up to 25% off our regular prices.

When will I be billed?

When you join, you are billed immediately for your first month and have immediate access to your Style Plan credit.

In subsequent months, you’ll be billed on the first day of each calendar month based on the frequency you’ve chosen. Taxes may be added once you sign up or when you place your order, depending on where you live.

What if nothing catches my eye this month or I forget to pick my items?

You’re under no obligation to use your credit in a given month. Unused credits don’t have an expiration date and remain available on your account.

Can I skip a month?

Yes, you may skip by advising us before the next month begins and you will not be charged.

What if I want to modify or cancel my plan?

You can cancel or change your plan at any time. Simply contact our 24/7 customer service team via Live Chat or Facebook Messenger and they’ll update your account settings.

If you have unused credit, simply contact our customer service team on Live Chat and we’ll issue store credit or refund your credit card.

What are the shipping charges?

We offer free regular shipping on all Style Plan orders and our packages ship via Canada Post, USPS or UPS depending on your location.

East Coast orders are usually delivered between 2-5 business days and West Coast orders between 4-7 business days.

What is the return policy?

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any unwanted items to get your credit back. We’ll even provide you with the return label - you just need to request it online through your order history page.

If you prefer to get your money back, simply contact our customer service team on Live Chat once your return is processed, and they’ll gladly refund your credit card for the value of the unused credit.

Please note that underwear, grooming products and swimwear are non-refundable.

What will my Style Plan selections look like?

We will provide you with up to 30 recommended products that are available for your plan and you pick from this list. Your Style Plan products are selected from our most recent collections.

Can I choose a Style Plan if I live outside Canada or the United States?

The Style Plan is currently only available for Canadian and US residents.
