The style originated in the early 1900s as a functional, ribbed cotton undergarment and swimwear piece designed for athletic freedom. Inspired by 1920s one-piece "tank suits" worn in swimming pools, they evolved from an undergarment and became more popular in the 1950s. Ours is crafted from 100% cotton with a classic ribbed texture, with good elasticity and air permeability. The neckline and armholes are cut just right, creating a refined and elevated look.

What a horrible quality

"Very poor quality overall. The fabric feels cheap, the texture is horrible, and the color is faded rather than a true black. It honestly looks like something from a low-end discount retailer. The sizing is also completely off and doesn’t seem designed to fit a human being. Overall, this was very disappointing and not at all what I expected."
