At Frank And Oak, we stand behind the quality of our products. That’s why we offer a 5-year warranty on our winter outerwear collection, covering any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

This warranty is available exclusively to the original owner of the product. If your item requires repair, we’ll cover reasonable repair costs, or if necessary, we’ll replace it at our discretion. If the exact style is unavailable, we’ll provide a similar item of equal value.

Please note that this warranty applies only to winter outerwear purchased from official Frank And Oak retail locations or our website. It is valid for original, unaltered items.

What We Do Not Cover
