Refund & Return Policy
Frank And Oak offers free return shipping for all online purchases within Canada and the US. For a full refund to your original method of payment, you have 15 days from the date your order is shipped to request a prepaid return shipping label online. Your return(s) must be mailed back and scanned by the shipping carrier within 7 days of the return request.
Extended Holiday Return Policy: Orders placed between November 11th and December 24th, 2022 can be returned until January 10th, 2023, or 15 days following the date your order is shipped, whichever is later.
Once your return is received and processed at our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email. You will be refunded the full amount paid for your item(s). Please note that if you paid a shipping fee on your original order, this charge is not refundable.
You can return your purchase to any Frank And Oak store within the same country within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund to your original method of payment. A proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or the printed receipt, must be provided. Please note that in-store purchases returned by mail cannot be processed and will not be refunded.
Extended Holiday Return Policy: Purchases made in-stores between November 11th and December 24th, 2022 can be returned in-stores until 10 Jan 2023, or within 30 days of purchase, whichever is later.
For all returns, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be returned in new, unworn, and unwashed condition without any scuffs, scratches, stains, tears, hair, perfume or other alterations.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all hang tags and labels still attached.
- Gift cards, undergarments, socks and other select products are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Swimwear and grooming/skincare products will only be accepted for refund if they are in brand new, unused condition and still in the original packaging.
- All clearance and warehouse sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Before submitting your order, please consult the product description to determine if the item you're purchasing can be returned or is final sale. Note that most final sale items have a price ending in .97
Please note that only purchases made at frankandoak.com or at a Frank And Oak store location may be accepted. We are not able to accept returns for purchases made via warehouse sales or any third-party retailers.
Returns may only be refunded back to the original method of payment, or to a Frank And Oak gift card. We are unable to issue refunds by any other means. When you pay with a gift card, this is considered a payment method and not a discount code. If you return products purchased with a gift card, your refund will be issued as a gift card. Note that purchases made using split payment (part gift card, part credit card or other payment method) will always be refunded to the gift card(s) first, and any remaining balance will be issued to the other payment method. If your return is mailed back outside the return period and the above conditions are not met, Frank And Oak reserves the right to refuse return processing at our discretion, in which case your item may be donated to a local organization or discarded without refund.Klarna
Refunds will be deducted from the remaining payments which will be adjusted accordingly. If your refund is greater than your outstanding balance, you will be credited to the original payment method for the difference. Any updates to your payment plan can be viewed under My Klarna.Paypal
Orders placed with Paypal will be refunded to the original method of payment. Please check your Paypal account for any refund updates.Loyalty Points
Your points will be refunded back to your account when cancelling an order or returning one or more items. All purchases, including merchandise redeemed through Frank Rewards, are subject to Frank And Oak's Return Policy. Points from rewards discounts used on partially returned orders will not be automatically returned.
